Welcome to the Virtual Stockbridge Theatre!
While it may be some time before we can welcome patrons back to the Stockbridge in person, we are so pleased to bring you this Virtual Series featuring the same high quality performing arts you have grown to know and love seeing at the Stockbridge. We are delighted to announce our Spring Series, BRING LIGHT. As Winter melts into Spring, let’s bring light to the issues that matter most and defy the darkness together. |

* What is Day of Silence?
|
The GLSEN Day of Silence is a national student-led demonstration where LGBTQ students and allies all around the country—and the world—take a vow of silence to protest the harmful effects of harassment and discrimination of LGBTQ people in schools. Started in the mid 90’s by two college students, the Day of Silence has expanded to reach hundreds of thousands of students each year. Every April, students go through the school day without speaking, ending the day with Breaking the Silence rallies and events to share their experiences during the protest and bring attention to ways their schools and communities can become more inclusive. Day of Silence is on Friday, April 23rd, 2021. |

Land Acknowledgement
![]() Even though we are all coming together from different physical locations for this Virtual Series, it is still important to take a moment and make this meaningful recognition. Our thanks to Indigenous NH Collaborative Collective and the Tectonic Theater Project for their help and inspiration in crafting this vital message.
The Stockbridge Theatre is located on the traditional lands and waterways of the Abenaki, Pennacook and other related Wabanaki Peoples past and present. We acknowledge and honor with gratitude the land itself and the people who have loved and taken care of it throughout the generations. We do this to pay respect and inspire curiosity among non-Native peoples, and make an effort to halt the erasure of Indigenous history. We invite you to join us in supporting Indigenous communities, both locally and globally. Learn More about Honoring and Acknowledging Native Lands |

We also care about the safety of our patrons, employees, and performers. Due to the recent rise in Covid-19 cases, you might find us limiting programs, taking short pauses or extended intermissions.
